Vicky Kaushal was last seen on screen in the film 'Uri: The Surgical Strike', one of the highest grossing films of 2019. His performance in the film also won him a National Award in the same year. The actor also has a number of projects lined up for the upcoming year, including the Shoojit Sircar directorial based on the life of Sardar Udham Singh. Moreover, he will also be seen in his first ever horror flick, 'Bhoot Part One: The Haunted Ship'. As the actor gears up for a number of projects, he makes sure not to compromise on his health and diet regime. He shared a healthy dish that his trainer whipped up for him during his hectic shoot schedule; take a look:
The dish seemed to be thin ragi crisps or slices of ragi bread with a variety of toppings. One of the dips looked like salsa made with chopped tomatoes and onions, and another dip seemed to be a sinful-looking but healthy cheese. The ragi crisps were served with lentils and meat, topped with delicious cherry tomatoes and basil leaves. The entire dish looked super healthy and yet satiating for the appetite. Kudos to Vicky Kaushal for eating so healthy even while on shoot.
The actor regularly shares the foodie side to himself, much to the delight of his fans and followers. Although he eats healthy on shoot, but he makes it a point to indulge himself every now and then. Vicky Kaushal had shared earlier a picture of himself blissfully enjoying a decadent chocolate cake. Have a look:
If there's one celebrity diet tip to take away from the 'Uri' actor, it's how to balance healthy eating with guilty indulgences. Vicky Kaushal balances both with equal ease, and we could all definitely take notes from him!
