Is there such a thing as “too much cheese?” Well, that's debatable, especially when it comes to pizzas. Over the years, this traditional Italian delight has gained fame for its versatility and delicious taste. Pizza is loved because it brings together a perfect combination of flavours – from a tangy tomato sauce base to a chewy, crispy crust. And let's not forget the cheese – the gooey, stretchy goodness that makes each bite heavenly. In the times of culinary experimentation, pizza has also seen some flavorful makeovers. This time, joining the bandwagon is a 12-cheese pizza that has everything cheese – from crust to topping! Yes, you read that right!

The video of this unique pizza was shared by digital creator Kyle Istook (@kyleistook). In a mixing bowl, Istook combines different kinds of cheese – mozzarella, cheddar, shredded parmesan, and a cheese snack. Next, he adds one egg, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder to add flavour to the all-cheese crust. After mixing all the ingredients, he forms a “nice cheesy dough ball” which he flattens out to make the crust.
In a greased pizza pan, he spreads out the dough ball and bakes it in the oven. For the pizza sauce, Kyle Istook went the extra mile to prepare a cheese sauce. In a pan, he took milk and sodium citrate and combined it with two cups of cheddar cheese. Once the cheese base is baked, he adds a generous topping of the prepared cheese sauce over it. Now, you would think that the digital creator added some veggies or additional flavours for the pizza topping. But no! He made the cheese pizza even cheesier. For the topping, Kyle Istook added mozzarella cheese, mozzarella pearls, sliced provolone, aged cheddar cheese, and some ghost pepper cheese.
Next, he bakes the pizza in the oven to melt the cheese toppings. Once done, he adds shredded mozzarella cheese on top, cuts it, and enjoys the gooey goodness.

While the cheese quantity is a plus point for pizza lovers, the viral video divided the internet. In the comments, Instagram users did not shy away from expressing their thoughts on this all-cheese pizza.
