With this idea, film director Tahira Kashyap, who often talks about her relationship with food and weight management on social media, has recently shared an easy Makhana Chaat recipe for those 4 pm hunger pangs that you can quickly prepare without requiring any pro cooking skills. Tahira Kashyap's Makhana Chaat Recipe For Evening Snacking

To make this yummy and simple chaat, add some roasted makhanas in a big bowl. Next, add some rice puffs or murmure. Follow this with chopped onions, roasted peanuts, lemon juice, table salt, rock salt, homemade green chutney and sweet imli chutney. Mix it all well and enjoy your quick, healthy and flavourful snack!

By that I mean I could see a difference in my cholesterol levels plus my weight. I suck at kitchen skills but manage to whip up some quick, healthy substitutes for that 4 pm hunger pang! Sharing a few of the recipes starting with this crunchy one!"
