There's something special about a cup of kadak chai. It instantly lifts our mood even on the dreariest of days. Whether it's early in the morning, afternoon or even in the evening - a cup of pipping hot tea always makes things better. Don't you agree? Over the years, the beverage has witnessed numerous modifications. From refreshing green tea to soothing Chamomile tea, each brew has its own charm. But we bet you have never heard of white-coloured doodh chai! You read that right. A Twitter user has shared a snap of his so-called “morning tea” and it didn't go down well among chai lovers. The snap featured a sweet bun placed next to a blue cup. While the beverage looked like milk, the user claimed it was tea. “Good morning, morning tea. Aap ke yahan chai ko kya bolte hain,” his tweet read.

For all chai lovers, especially in India, the colour of the tea is equally important as it indicates whether the chai is kadak or not. The desi internet, which was visibly disappointed, minced no words while taking digs at the user. Take a look:

“Yeh chai hai? (Is this tea?),” a user asked.
