Comfort foods, snacks, desserts, junk food may help in taking the edge off, but too much of it may not be good for health, especially for your weight. Statistics suggest soaring sales of unhealthy snack items during the period of lockdown. People are gaining weight due to lack of physical activities, overeating, and lazying around all day.

Almost all of us are bound to come out unfit with excessive weight post 2020 quarantine. Registered dietician Ashley Koff says, "My clients are calling it the Covid 20, in reference to the fear of gaining that much unwanted weight before all this is over."

1. Visit grocery stores when you've just had a meal and are stated. In your state of hunger, you are bound to buy more junk food products and unhealthy snacks than you intended to. Also, keep healthy drinks and foods as a priority for grocery shopping and stick to the resolve.
