To make the noodles yet more appetizing, here we have an idea that will give a twist to the regular dish. All it needs is left over chicken curry.
Several times we don't feel like having the same chicken curry in two consecutive meals. This chicken masala noodles comes to rescue during those times. You can make this recipe with any gravy chicken you have at home.

One of the easiest ways to make your favourite instant noodles tastier is by adding any left-over spicy gravy in it, especially if it is of chicken. The vegetarians can replace chicken with paneer. Here's how you can make chicken masala noodles:
Step 1- Boil a packet of instant noodles and strain it.
Step 2- Heat a kadhai with one tablespoon refined oil.
Step 3- Take half cup gravy and 2 chicken pieces (shred them) in the kadhai.
Step 4- Add the boiled instant noodles and the masala that comes along (if you want) and mix.
Variation:
- You can also fry some onion, ginger-garlic, green chilli and tomato before pouring the gravy in the kadhai. This will enhance the flavour of the dish.
- You can also make scrambled egg and garnish the noodles, along with some cheese. Here's how you can make scrambled egg:
Step 1. Break two eggs in a bowl, add some salt and pepper and whisk till its frothy.
Step 2. Take a pan and put one tablespoon butter in it.
Step 3. Pour the whisked egg and let it sit for 30 seconds.
Step 4. Stir it in lower flame and close the lid for some time.
Step 5. Open the lid, give a final stir and serve.
