Liquid wheat flour batter is combined with butter, chilli flakes, green chillies and garlic mixture. It is then spread on a tawa to form the shape of a paratha until it cooks evenly from both the sides. You can make this yummy paratha for breakfast, lunch or even dinner. Chilli Garlic Paratha Recipe: How To Make Chilli Garlic Paratha
First, add softened butter, grated garlic, chilli flakes, chopped green chillies and coriander leaves in a bowl. Mix well. (The butter must be at room temperature.) Now, in a separate bowl, add atta and salt. Add water in batches and combine well to form a batter. Add the butter mixture to this batter and mix well. Heat a non-stick tawa. Pour the batter on it and spread it evenly to form the shape of a paratha. Allow it to cook evenly from both the sides. Chilli garlic paratha is ready!
