To begin with, wash spinach leaves and take out the excess water. Then blend the leaves along with garlic cloves and green chillies in a blender. Once done, add chickpeas and grind again.

Now is the time to add the spices. Add salt, garam masala powder and chaat masala and grind into a coarse mixture. Transfer into a bowl and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.

Add breadcrumbs to the mixture and mix well. Oil your palms and make round tikki from the mixture one by one. 

Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry all the tikkis.
