Tangri chicken or chicken leg can be cooked in numerous ways - grilled, fried, sautéed, roasted and even baked. And that is just one of the many reasons why it is such a popular snack to nosh upon across age groups. From a variety of spices, herbs and other ingredients added to it, tangdi kebab makes for a quick and yummy snack to go on every occasion.

For this recipe, all you need is some chicken drumsticks, a few spices, chillies and yogurt. Chicken drumsticks are simply pricked and slathered with ginger-garlic paste, Kashmiri chilli powder, garam masala, green chillies, salt, coriander powder and yogurt. You can do this process a night before or 4-5 hours prior to serving. After marination, you simply need to cook it in the microwave for about 10-15 minutes while turning it every 3-4 minutes to the other side. You can also air-fry or saute it over the pan.
