Ingredients to make paneer kathi roll:

250 gms paneer

1 large chopped onion

1 large chopped capsicum

1 tsp red chilli powder

1 tsp cumin powder

1/2 tsp garam masala powder

2 tbsp turmeric

1 tbsp tomato puree

1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

1 cup whole wheat flour

1 cup all-purpose flour

Salt to taste

Oil

Here's how to make paneer kathi roll:

Step 1: Heat oil in a pan. Add onion and capsicum.

Step 2: Saute the vegetables with spices and salt to taste.

Step 3: Add tomato puree.

Step 4: Toss in the paneer.

Step 5: Add ginger garlic paste and cook for a few minutes.

Step 6: Keep aside the paneer gravy

Step 7: In a mixing bowl, add all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, a pinch of salt and water.

Step 8: Knead a soft dough.

Step 9: Break the dough into balls and roll them out into sheets.

Step 10: Cook them with oil on medium flame.

Step 11: Spread green chutney on one side of the pieces of bread.

Step 12: Add paneer gravy on the top.

Step 13: Top it with slices of onions, shredded processed cheese and mint leaves.

Step 14: Fold and wrap the kathi roll. Serve it hot.
