How to peel a pomegranate the right way?
Masterchef Pankaj Bhadouria has given us a few steps to cleanly peel a pomegranate. Here are the steps:
Step 1: Cut 5 or 6 slits on the sides of the pomegranate.
Step 2: From these slits, cut the pomegranate into wedges.
Step 3: Pull the curved peel of the wedge outwards, so that the seeds start popping out.
Step 4: With a knife, strike on the peel repeatedly so that the seeds loosen and fall off into a bowl.
Step 5: Pull out the remaining seeds manually without much hassle.
