Kashmiri Biryani Recipe: How To Make Kashmiri-Style Biryani
To begin with the recipe, first, boil rice with some fennel seeds tied in a cloth on low flame until done. Now, in a pan, fry the mutton pieces and asafoetida in ghee. Add yogurt and continue to cook for 10 mins on medium-high flame.
Next, pour some water and add salt. Mix well. Add red chilli powder, dry ginger powder and bay leaf. Fry for 2-3 mins and add some more water. Add garam masala powder and fennel seed powder.
