Owned by the Black Sheep Restaurants group and helmed by Chef Palash Mitra, the colonial-era ambience, complete with leather sofas and vintage photographs, set the stage for hearty and flavourful dishes. Lamb chops, salmon fish tikka, and butter chicken highlighted the authentic flavours of Punjab. With freshly baked fluffy bread and indulgent desserts, New Punjab Club paid a fitting tribute to Punjab's culinary heritage.

Opting for the Earl Grey Martini, I was treated to a seamlessly blended and invigorating concoction with a subtle tea undertone. The staff was welcoming and attentive, contributing to an atmosphere that effortlessly balanced relaxation with sophistication. 001 Lounge stands as an intimate and refined sanctuary, providing a quiet respite from the city's hectic pace.
9. Bar Leone
We swung by Bar Leone, a trendy spot pulsing with modern vibes inspired by the charm of the Italian Riviera. Owned by the charismatic Lorenzo, this vibrant joint boasts a refreshing atmosphere with its white-walled, plant-adorned, and cushion-laden interiors. The cocktail menu is a testament to creativity, blending Italian liqueurs, fresh fruits, and aromatic herbs. My choice, the Negroni, packed a punch with Vermouth, Campari, and Gin. And let's not forget the delectable snacks - burrata with cherry tomatoes, prosciutto with melon, and a tiramisu that hit all the right notes. Our final destination for the night was Foxglove, a hidden gem tucked behind an unassuming umbrella shop. Stepping inside, the place exuded a cool vintage vibe with a touch of retro flair. Divided into three distinct sections, Foxglove had something for every mood. The main hall buzzed with live jazz and boasted a dance floor for those in the mood to move. The silver room provided a quieter, more intimate setting, while the exclusive blue room offered a private escape. The cocktails at Foxglove were a treat for the taste buds, blending rare spirits and exotic ingredients with finesse. My pick, the Fox in the Woods, was a smoky delight featuring mezcal, pine liqueur, and vermouth. Foxglove manages to strike a balance between class and fun, offering a diverse array of experiences tailored to different moods and occasions.
