To make this unique morning meal, first boil couscous and keep aside. Then cook slit baingan with onion, tomato, achaari paste and spices like panch phoron, ginger, garlic, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and coriander powder. Add curd to the baingan mixture and pair with soft and fluffy couscous.
