Open a packet of chips, toss them into a bowl. Add some chopped onions, chopped green chillies, some chopped tomatoes and chopped coriander leaves. Sprinkle some lemon juice and then add one ingredient that will prove to be a game-changer – vinegar. This will give a zingy kick to the snack. Mix everything well and be ready to dig into this bowl of joy.
