Easy Paneer Kheera Salad Recipe -
(Makes 1 medium bowl for one)
Ingredients -
1 cucumber
1 onion
1 tomato
Half cup grated paneer
Juice of half lemon
1 tsp vinegar
1 tbsp honey
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder to taste
Method -
Step 1 - Chop cucumber, onion and tomato into small dices and toss them in a bowl.
Step 2 - Add grated paneer, salt and black pepper powder and mix well.
Step 3 - Make salad dressing by mixing lemon juice, vinegar and honey together till you get a smooth syrup.
