Here's The Recipe Of Marawari Masala Khichiya Papad:
Ingredients:
Khichiya papad - 2-3
Onion- 1 tablespoon, chopped
Tomato- 1 tablespoon, chopped
Cucumber- 1 tablespoon, chopped
Ginger- 1 teaspoon, thinly sliced
Green chilli- quantity as per choice, chopped
Red chilli-garlic chutney- 1 teaspoon
Coriander chutney- 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice- 1-2 teaspoon
Black salt- to taste
Chaat masala- to taste
Butter- 1 tablespoon, preferably melted
Sev- to garnish
Freshly chopped coriander leaves- to garnish
Method:
Step 1. Roast or fry the khichiya papad. Keep aside.
Step 2. Take all the other ingredients (except butter, sev, chaat masala and coriander leaves) in a bowl and mix.
Step 3. Now you can assemble the masala khichiya papad in 2 ways-
Method 1. Brush the butter on the papad and throw the masala mix on it.
Method 2. Crush the papad into small pieces and brush butter on it. Add the masala mix and toss.
Step 4. Garnish with sev, chaat masala and coriander leaves and serve.
