You heard us. We recently came across a special recipe that will help you prepare a chai premix at home to enjoy the 'nukkad' style masala chai anytime you want. This recipe has been shared by food vlogger Parul on her YouTube channel 'Cook With Parul'. Let's take a look.
Masala Chai Premix Recipe: How To Make Chai Masala To Enjoy Nukkad-Style Chai At Home:
- In a pan, take 3tbsp green cardamom, 1 tbsp peppercorn, 1 tbsp clove, 10gm cinnamon, 2 tbsp fennel seeds, 4 black cardamoms and 1 nutmeg.
- Stir these spices well on low flame, for a few minutes.
- When the masalas release aroma, add 4 tbsp dry ginger powder and some Tulsi leaves (optional) and mix well.
- Transfer the spices in a grinder and grind it into fine powder.
- And you get nukkad-style masala chai premix ready in just no time. Transfer the masala in an airtight container and store in your pantry.
