Dosa is one of the most popular street dishes in South India and is usually served with a potato filling. However, a street vendor took it upon himself to change the flavour of the dish and turned it into a bold culinary experiment. To the surprise of foodies across the nation, the vendor has presented Paan dosa to its customers in a unique and eye-catching venture. An internet user by the name of Happy recently posted a video of the fluorescent green dish on the microblogging website x (formerly Twitter).

The video was posted by a food vlogger on Instagram with the caption, "Paan aur dosa? Ye kya combination hai bhala ab ? Raipur mae milta hai ye." In the shared clip, a man can be seen spreading the green batter, which is comprised of betel or paan, onto a hot dosa tawa. He adds a big dollop of butter to the green batter after a few seconds and then adds Paan, dried fruits, tutti frutti, cherries, raisins, apricots, dates, and figs to the dosa. To finish it off, the cook generously drizzles on a good amount of paan syrup to coat everything and then mixes all the ingredients into a thick paste.
