One of the most loved street foods in India has to be chaat and Rubina Dilaik too could not escape from its spell. The actress displayed her love for papdi chaat in one of her latest Instagram posts. The video shows the Chhoti Bahu actress taking a walk down nostalgia lane by gulping down a plate of yummy chaat. Rubina visited a stall stationed at Taka Bench in Shimla, her hometown to binge on the dish. Rubina also informed her fans that she used to eat papdi chaat at the same eatery during her school days. In the frame, you can see Rubina enjoying the dish that was generously topped with curd and chutneys. She captioned the post as, “School time fav #streetfood.”

Rubina Dilaik has been a fan of simple food for a long time now. In one of her recent Instagram Stories, she was seen having a basic breakfast with her hands. The picture displayed a morning meal that included avocado, egg and a bread slice. She captioned this social media post as, “Simple joys of life in eating avocados with hands.”

Earlier this year, Rubina came out in support of local street food vendors. The actress extended her support for the initiative "Vocal For Local" while in Shimla. In one of the clips, we can see the Bigg Boss 14 winner hunting for fresh fruits on the street. She even bought a bag of peaches from a vendor on the road. Rubina found them irresistible as she ate them with a sprinkle of black salt.

Rubina was also captured tasting fresh cherries in Shimla. The video shows the TV star relishing little red fruits that were served in silver foil paper. Rubina Dilaik also used its juice as a natural lip colour in this footage.
