With the nation-wide lockdown in place to prevent the spread of Coronavirus, people are coming up with various activities at home to keep themselves occupied and sail through the period. And not just us, even the celebs are doing all they can. Be it interacting with their fans through live sessions on social media or cooking a new meal every day, our favourite Bollywood stars are doing it all.
Sonam Kapoor, who is currently quarantining in Delhi with her husband Anand Ahuja and family, seems to love the quality time as she is relaxing, reading and most of all, cooking up new things every day in the kitchen! From a tempting and nutritious stir-fried tofu to a 2-course breakfast meal with goodness of sunny side up and avocado and stir fried veggies, Sonam Kapoor has aced the kitchen game every time. And it seems like she is enjoying every bit of the kitchen shenanigans. Sonam Kapoor cooked another bowl of goodness on Monday and shared the recipe with her followers on Instagram. We simply can't get over how healthy, refreshing and delicious the salad sounds.

The simple salad is enhanced by a tantalising dressing of apple cider vinegar, honey, mustard, kosher salt along with a pinch of pepper and paprika. It is combined over the goodness of baby spinach leaves, apple, cheddar cheese and roasted almonds. The wholesome salad can be a perfect meal for a light lunch or dinner. It is perfect way to spruce up a boring vegetable salad that we might otherwise ignore on the table.
Sonam Kapoor, known for her well-kept diet, is also a self-confessed foodie. And that proves from her recent Instagram story too! With the lockdown in place, we know how all of us are missing our favourite street foods and Sonam isn't an exception. She posted a fun GIF of her on Instagram and wrote "Pani puri, I am coming for you!"
