It gets all the more jazzed up when prepared using mint leaves, ginger, and lemon. Well, it seems the quintessential summer drink has found a fan in a vlogger, Wild Carlos, from the US. In a video shared on Instagram, Carlos can be seen approaching a roadside vendor selling sugarcane juice. He was surprised to learn the price of the drink: Rs 20 for a glass. The clip also captured the entire juice-making process. First, the sugarcane was inserted into a machine, producing the liquid extract. Then, the crushed leftovers were set aside. Finally, using a sieve, the vendor poured the sugarcane juice into a paper cup and served it. Carlos also noted the health benefits of sugarcane juice. Take a look:

Social media users were quick to react to the video. "20 is the real price," disclosed one individual. "The vendor was honest. It costs 20 rupees at most places," agreed another. Criticising the man who asked Carlos for a free drink, a person wrote, "Don't feed them, they are educated beggars." Another comment read, "Help who you decide to and who deserves it." Amidst this, a person said, "Come to Vrindavan, bro, I am waiting for you." Others wanted Carlos to visit their country.
