If you're someone who loves idli-sambar, there's a viral video that is sure to captivate you. An artist recently shared her realistic rendition of this lip-smacking combo on canvas. In the reel, Rucha Limaye (@ruandchai) can be seen asking her husband what she should make. He replies, "idli sambar" and she proceeds to carefully paint a yummy-looking bowl of the same.

In the painting, the idlis are depicted as being placed inside a bowl of sambar but not fully submerged. Rucha adds minute details showing other veggies of the curry around the idli, the sambar seeping into the borders of the idli, etc. In the caption, she revealed what inspired the format of the reel. "We have been seeing so many videos of food creators asking their spouses what would they like to eat, so.... we too hopped on this trend in our own style!" she wrote.
