The video of a filleted fish jumping up and down inside an oven is going viral, unnerving Internet users. Some viewers, who chanced upon the video, have expressed their bewilderment at it, by inventing a quote and attributing it to the celebrity British chef Gordon Ramsay. Others said the video, originally posted on YouTube by a person named Naser Par, could well be mistaken for a scene out of a horror movie. The video showed the headless fish shaking and flipping almost violently as soon as the camera approaches it. The fish was kept on tinfoil inside the microwave oven to cook.

The video has received more than 35 lakh views so far. At one point, the video showed, the fish even came close to slamming itself against the grill, shocking viewers. “This is scarier than any horror movie I've ever seen,” said a user named Complete Bilingual, responding to the clip.

Gordon Ramsay: and how fresh is this fish? Waiter: it's still jumping,” said another named Christopher Peery. A third user, El Singon, wondered what would happen if the dish is served at a restaurant full of people and it starts “jumping like that”.

“When you just died but forgot to clear your browser history,” joked a user named Nocturnal X.

A fish fillet is the flesh of a fish cut or sliced away from the bone. It is usually fried or baked in an oven and can be paired with a side of vegetables, rice or bread. A popular Indian fish fillet dish is Kabiraji, also known as the Bengali fish fillet. It is best paired with rice. Another way of enjoying the fish fillet is by combining it with a walnut parsley crust and warm parsley sauce.

In addition to taste, there are many reasons to add fish to your diet. Eating fish can lower the risk of heart attacks and strokes. Fish is a great source of proteins and keeps the body lean and muscles strong. It carries low fat and is filled with omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins D and B2. It is also rich in calcium and phosphorus. It is also a great source of minerals -- such as iron, zinc, iodine, magnesium and potassium.
