We just love receiving freebies with every purchase we make. But one person, identified as Josiah Vargas, received a lot more than what he could've imagined. He got $5000 (Rs. 4.06 lakh) cash with his recent meal at McDonald's. It was quite literally a 'happy meal'! Right? He took to social media to share a video explaining the incident. And in no time, it went all across the internet, garnering millions of views. According to the person, he was handed his sausage McMuffin, along with a bag. "Well, what's in this bag? It's a deposit. Why? Just a couple thousand dollars here. Like, what is this? Why would they even do this?" he exclaimed. Then, he went on to show the cash that was kept in several zip-lock bags.
Wonder what he did with the cash? Well, he returned it back to the store. "I am going to return this, because I am a good person," he said. In the next part of the video, we could see people at the McDonald's outlet thanking him for returning the money.
That's not all. They also gave Josiah Vargas $200 and a month of free meals at the outlet, as a token of appreciation. "Quite a good deal," he mentioned.
