Over the years, we have witnessed viral food videos that have whipped up a storm on the internet. The over-the-top creations have caught the attention of millions. From coconut eggs to watermelon popcorn, the list is endless. Now, another flabbergasting video is making the rounds on social media. Trust us, after you watch it, there's no going back. Posted on Instagram, the clip showcases a person making enormous round rotis - to be precise, 12-foot-long. Can you believe it? The caption reads, "World's largest roti, 12-feet long."
The video opens with the man preparing a big round roti on a cylinder-shaped pan, with fire burning inside to create a unique preparation procedure. After it's cooked, he flings the roti onto another pile of flatbread kept at a distance. Next, the man takes a separate flat dough, slapping it between his palms to create a thin, round shape. He then flings it onto the pan in a similar way and waits for the dough to puff up like the rest of the chapatis. Take a look:

The way the dough sweeps over the cylindrical pan makes it seem like a sheet. If not for the video, it would have been impossible to believe that rotis can be cooked even without a tawa. Also, notably, no rolling pin was used. We are shocked beyond words. Internet users were quick to react to the making of this gigantic roti. One person sarcastically commented, "I love the part where it touches his sleeves, face, feet, and hair before he cooks it. That is flavour." Another user echoed this sentiment, saying, "I love how the food is handmade and foot-made!"

A user joked, "Google failed to count calories per roti." Another called the thin, large doughs "tortilla blankets" and quipped, "My restaurant order: 'Hello waiter, ek roti or 10 plates curry please.'" Someone else noted, "It's a blanket roti."
