Bhagyashree is a known foodie and her gastronomic adventures often leave us drooling. Besides gorging on a number of mouth-watering treats, she is often seen gushing over healthy food. The actress also shares various food and health-related tips on social media. On Sunday, she shared a video of a quick recipe for yummilicious paneer masala. According to her, this recipe is a great option when you want to set up a quick meal for guests who sometimes, arrive unexpectedly. She dropped a video on Instagram demonstrating the process of making indulgent paneer masala within a jiffy.

For the caption, she wrote, "A quick Sunday meal. Paneer masala in a jiffy. Sometimes we need to add a quick dish when there is no time to prepare."

She used the following ingredients to make paneer masala:

2 spoons of ghee

1 1/2 spoons of jeera

Chopped onion - 1

Chopped green chillies - 2 to 3

Grated onion

Mashed ginger - 1 spoon

Mashed garlic - 1 1/2 spoon

Red chilli - 2 spoons

Coriander powder - 1 spoon

Fennel seeds - 1/2 spoon

Milk – 2 spoons

Paneer cubes (fried)

How did Bhagyashree make paneer masala?

For the recipe, Bhagyashree first heated some ghee in a kadhai. Then, she put some jeera, chopped onions and green chilles and mixed well. After this, she added grated onion, followed by mashed ginger and garlic. For masalas, she sprinkled red chilli powder and coriander powder and mixed the masala well. Add a few fennel seeds and cook well, she stated. Once done, she blended the preparation into a paste. After taking the paste back into the kadhai, she added a bit of milk and finally, paneer cubes. Paneer masala was ready.

While making the dish, Bhagyashree stated that vegetarians often face a hard time sourcing the right amount of protein in their meal. She recommended having paneer as it's a great source of protein.
