Ingredients:

2 amlas, pounded

Half-inch ginger, grated

Half teaspoon cinnamon powder

Instruction:

Step 1. Boil amla and grated ginger in water.

Step 2. Add cinnamon powder and switch off the flame. Close the lid and let it infuse for 3-4 minutes.

Step 3. Strain and take a sip.

1 teaspoon dried amla powder

1 teaspoon dried ginger powder (saunth)

Half teaspoon cinnamon powder

Step 1. Boil a cup of water.

Step 2. Add all the ingredients and mix. Close the lid and infuse for 2-3 minutes.

Step 3. Drink without straining.

Pro Tip: You can easily make amla powder at home. All you need to do is, clean the amla, deseed and cut them into small pieces. Sun-dry them for 3 to 4 days. Once the amlas are completely dried, transfer them into a blender and grind into fine powder. Transfer in an airtight jar and store.
