Dark Chocolate: If you happen to be a crazy chocolate lover who loves to gorge on dark chocolates every now and then, then it’s time to curb those cravings a bit! Dark chocolate can make you feel drowsy even though caffeine is present in it. It won’t make you feel awake the way milk chocolate does as milk chocolate doesn’t contain serotonin while dark chocolate is loaded with it.

Turkey: Lean proteins such as fish, chicken, turkey are rich in tryptophan and amino acids. They increase the serotonin levels in the body which tends to make you feel sleepy.
