Dosa can be made in different ways - plain dosa, butter dosa, rawa dosa et al. If you like variety plus health in your diet, you must try this palak (spinach) dosa as well. Turn your south Indian meal healthier and greener with the goodness of the green leafy vegetable of spinach.
Spinach is loaded with nutrients, especially iron, vitamins A, C and K, protein, magnesium, iron and manganese. It is a great food for heart health; besides it may improve eye sight and boost immunity as well. Hence, it is a good idea to consume this green vegetable as much as possible. Recipe Of Palak Dosa:

Ingredients:

3 cups dosa batter
1 cup spinach
2 tsp ginger and garlic paste
Half teaspoon turmeric powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1-2 green chillies
Ghee (clarified butter) for cooking

Method:

Step 1 - Wash spinach leaves and boil them. Drain out excess water and grind the leaves to make a smooth paste.
Step 2 - Pour dosa batter in a large bowl. You can either use store-bought dosa batter or make it at home from scratch.
Step 3 - Add spinach paste to the batter. Further, add ginger-garlic paste, and all other spices.  Give it a good stir so that all the ingredients are mixed well. You can even add some chopped onions to the batter if you want to. 
Step 4 - Heat some ghee on a non-stick pan and pour a ladleful of batter on it. Spread it in a round circle and let it cook. Flip it to cook from the other side too.
Step 5 - Sprinkle some coriander leaves. If you are making it for kids, you can even garnish it with grated cheese.
Note: This recipe should make 3-4 palak dosas.
