The recipe for this bhindi pachadi was shared by the Instagram page @diningwithdhoot. Start by washing the bhindi thoroughly and cutting it into small pieces. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped green chillies and bhindi. Mix well and cook for around 8 to 10 minutes. In the meantime, add grated coconut into a food processor and blend until it forms a smooth paste. Feel free to add a bit of water if you feel it's not smooth enough. Now, add yoghurt to a large bowl and whisk it well. Add the prepared coconut paste with salt, followed by the cooked bhindi. Finally, prepare a tadka by heating coconut oil with mustard seeds, curry leaves, and dried red chillies. Pour this tadka over the yoghurt mixture and enjoy!
