In this recipe, hung curd, paneer, chana powder and bread crumbs are first combined to make small balls, they are then stuffed with anjeer and shallow-fried until golden brown. First, take hung curd in a bowl, add grated paneer, ginger, green chilli, chopped coriander leaves, garam masala, elaichi powder, roasted jeera powder and salt. Mix well. Now, add roasted chana powder and bread crumbs. Combine the mixture and make small balls out of it. Stuff them with anjeer. Flatten the stuffed balls and shallow fry on low flame until done from both the sides. Serve hot with mint chutney! Dahi anjeer ke kebabs are ready!
