What Is Masala Methi Puri?
As the name suggests, this puri has methi (fenugreek) as its key ingredient. The leaves are combined with coriander leaves and a pool of flavourful spices to make the dough for the puri. A paste of ginger, garlic, and green chillies is also prepared and added to the dough. This helps enhance its overall flavour and gives it a kick of spice. It makes for a pleasant change from regular plain puri and is great for times when you feel like having something indulgent. Pair it with aloo sabzi, refreshing raita, or any achaar of your choice to fully savour its taste.
