Double Momos Recipe | How To Make Double Momos At Home
The recipe begins with first combining salt and coriander leaves paste in flour to make a green-coloured dough.
Another dough is kneaded without any added colour. Next, veggie stuffing is prepared by combining finely chopped cabbage, carrots, onions, green chillies, ginger, black pepper, and salt. Now, the second filling is prepared by mixing ground soya chunks, chopped onions, ginger, green chillies, black pepper and salt.
Roll out both doughs in the shape of puris and make a small cut at the centre of the green dough. Place them on top of one another. Put any one of the fillings in the white dough first. Seal the dumpling and then turn it over. Carefully, open up the green dough from the bottom to get another empty dumpling. Add the second filling and seal this too. Repeat the steps for as many momos as you would like to make. Steam the momos and enjoy double flavours!
