How To Prevent Makhana From Becoming Soggy?

Makhana tastes best when it has a nice, crunchy texture. To achieve this, ensure you roast the makhanas well before mixing them with the masala. This will help them retain their crunch for a longer period. Don't forget to store the makhana in an airtight container to prevent exposure to humidity, which can make them soggy quickly.
