This NDTV Food recipe video is just what you need to make this unbelievably tasty egg dish. Grind onion, green chillies, ginger and garlic to make a coarse paste. Then saute the paste in some oil and add curd, cream, kasoori methi, garam masala, red chilli powder and salt. Add water and let everything cook well for around 10 minutes. Add boiled eggs with small slits along with chaat masala, and let them cook with the gravy. Finally, garnish with a dab of cream and coriander leaves, and serve.
