He begins by peeling a couple of potatoes and then cutting them into small pieces before washing. The chef then boils the potatoes and adds Kashmiri chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, chaat masala, and amchur to them. He also adds breadcrumbs, cilantro, green chilli, garlic, and ginger before mixing everything well in a bowl.  The potatoes are mashed evenly before Eitan proceeds to make small tikki or patty out of them using a scoop.

The chef coats each patty in some corn flour before they are fried until golden brown. Once the tikkis are ready, Eitan makes some mint chutney by tossing some mint leaves, coriander leaves, ginger, garlic, salt, lemon and other spices in the blender.

He then places the tikkis on a plate, tops it up with a dollop of curd and adds mint and tamarind chutney too. Some chopped onions and sev also goes into it making the dish look absolutely appetizing.

Hahha it's not authentic like yours but an extra crunch,” a user wrote. Another person said, “I am coming to eat this nowwww”.
