Who doesn't love a sandwich? It's delicious, easy and your ultimate saviour at the time those odd-hour hunger pangs kick in. Well, one such sandwich recipe is brought to us by UK-based chef Jake Dryan. He has used aloo palak sabzi for filling. The clip begins with Jake making the sabzi. He first tempers some cumin seeds, bay leaf, green chilli and garlic in oil. Next, he adds all spices, including chilli powder, coriander powder, and turmeric powder. Next, we can see chopped potatoes and palak making their way to the pan. He cooks it in a little bit of water and salt to taste.

Once done, he keeps it aside to cool down. Now, Jake starts preparing the sandwiches. He spreads butter and aloo palak sabzi on bread slices. He tops it all with grated cheese, tomato and onion slices and chaat masala. Toast the sandwich until it turns golden brown. And voila! The lip-smacking sandwich is ready to be enjoyed.
