Nigella Lawson has found herself in the news yet again for the bizarre way that she pronounced the word 'microwave' in a video clip that has surfaced online.

The kitchen appliance was mentioned by Nigella Lawson in her show 'Cook, Eat, Repeat' on BBC One. In the video, we could see Nigella Lawson explaining a recipe for mashed potatoes. When she was adding full fat milk to the dish is when she used the word microwave, pronouncing it as 'Mee-Crow-Waah-Ve' instead. The internet was quick to capture her mistake, share it online and call it one of the 'highlights of 2020'.
