Actor Kangana Ranaut is venturing into the food and beverage industry with the launch of her cosy cafe in the Himalayas. Taking to Instagram, Kangana shared a glimpse of her cafe, The Mountain Story. As per reports, the cafe is located in Manali and will open on February 14, 2025. In the video, she offers a sneak peek at the food, ambience, and her vision for the space.
The video shows a homely hill-style cafe with wooden furniture and a fireplace. The menu features traditional pahadi dishes, a nod to the homecooked meals from her childhood. It also includes modern cafe staples like pizza, pasta, salads, and cakes. With both indoor and outdoor seating, the cafe offers a scenic view of the hills.
In the caption, Kangana wrote, "A childhood dream comes alive, my little cafe in the lap of Himalayas. The Mountain Story, it's a love story. #TheMountainStory Opening 14th February."

Earlier, in March 2023, Kangana had revealed that she planned to open a restaurant but faced financial setbacks. She wrote, "Cooking is very much on my agenda ... had some financial setbacks last year otherwise I was all set to launch my restaurant in the valley, will be coming soon though."
