Here's a traditional prawn specialty. Cumin seeds, garlic and green chilies come together to make a spicy paste which is then teamed with onions, tomatoes and a host of herbs and spices. Tender and juicy prawns are added to the curry, cooked to perfection with a dash of tamarind added towards the end.
