Mumbai-based food blogger Alpa Modi tried to recreate the famed sandwich at home and the results were all things desi and delicious. The toasted sandwich recipe was posted on the YouTube channel, 'Something's Cooking With Alpa' and there are number of reasons why you should try it at home today. One, it is ridiculously easy to put together. Secondly, it is made with easily available ingredients like coriander, chillies, ginger and peas.
