Here is a tandoori masala recipe that you can make at home in just about two minutes. All you need is a couple of spices and herbs, including dried and powdered ginger, garlic, black pepper, chaat masala, garam masala, red pepper, kasoori methi, onion and salt. Simply blend all these together to a fine powder. Store in an airtight jar and use it over all your tandoori dishes for a mouth-watering flavour and an aromatic experience.
