Let it cool down and then blend it with ginger garlic and green chillies until it forms a thick paste. Pour it in a bowl and add all the spices. Mix it well, then make a well in between the jackfruit mixture in a container and add burning coal in between, cover it for 5-10 minutes for an exotic smokey flavour.
