National Mango Day 2022: Raw Mango Cheela Recipe I How To Make Raw Mango Cheela 

For making this recipe, you need a raw mango, about a cup of besan flour, one onion and some common spices.  

Combine besan flour, grated mango and sliced onions. Add turmeric powder, salt to taste, coriander powder, red chilli powder and kasuri methi. Pour some water to make thick batter. Remember not to add too much water. The batter needs to be dense so that the chilla doesn't break while cooking.

When the batter ready, pour a ladleful of it onto the pan greased with ghee. Cook on both sides till golden brown. Serve with green chutney or tomato sauce.
