How To Make Potato Curry | Potato Curry Recipe:

The preparation of potato curry is simple! Start by sauteing garlic and onions till they are translucent. Add tomatoes and cover the lid. Once the tomatoes are soft and mushy, add turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and cumin powder. Add diced potatoes to the prepared masala and season with salt, mix well. Pour in 2 cups of water to the potato masala and mix again. Once the curry thickens, the dish is ready! You can enjoy potato curry with puri or paratha for breakfast or you can have the potato curry with rice or roti for dinner/lunch.
