Indians love to experiment with food! There is a certain thrill in combining two dishes that desi culinary enthusiasts love to seek. It is why so many street vendors across the country are creating new dishes every other day. From Mirinda gol gappa, pastry ka pakoda, Maggi paratha, the list of fusion dishes goes on and on. While many such fusion creations exist, not each and every one tastes delicious. For instance, we all love tandoori momos however we cringe at the thought of masala dosa ice cream. Today, we have found another fusion dish on the internet that is combining a classic desi dessert with a beloved Punjabi drink. The cold creamy rabri meets the sweet lassi to give rabri lassi. Take a look:

In the video, we see the street vendor take a huge utensil and add yoghurt, sugar and milk. In the classic lassi recipe, we never add milk to the lassi, however, in this unique rabri lassi, milk is added to balance the sourness of the yoghurt. Next, the yoghurt, sugar and milk are combined together using an electric hand mixer. When the lassi is served, a generous serving of rabri is added to it and it is garnished with dry fruits. No ice is added to this lassi, and it is thick and creamy. The video was uploaded by Instagram food blogger @foodie_incarnate and it has garnered 1 million views and 108k likes.
