Garlic paneer gravy or paneer lehsuni is a magical symphony of succulent paneer and sharp garlic spice. The recipe was shared on the YouTube channel 'Food Fatafat' and we are further sharing it with you all. You are welcome!
Step-by-step recipe of garlic paneer gravy:
Step 1- Heat cooking oil, add jeera, elaichi and roughly chopped onions. Saute till onions turn pink.
Step 2 - Add chopped tomatoes, garlic, ginger and cashew nuts.
Step 3 - Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and some salt to taste. Roast the spices well.
Step 4 - Add some water, cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes till the tomatoes wilt.
Step 5 - Let the onion-tomato mixture cool down and grind it to make a coarse paste.
Step 6 - Again heat some cooking oil, add cumin seeds, julienned ginger, green chilli and finely chopped onions.
Step 7 - Add lots of garlic and saute. Add onion-tomato paste, some curd and salt. Also, add a dash of sugar to complement the flavours with some sweetness.
Step 8 - In the end, add kasuri methi and garam masala. Then toss in fresh paneer cubes, mix well and cook for just a minute. Lastly, you can add some fresh cream to make this dish even more delicious.
