To make the recipe that was posted on the YouTube channel 'cooking With Reshu', you would need to boil the milk on full steam. Once the milk is boiled, bring down the heat. Keep stirring the milk with the help of spoon and let it boil until the quantity is reduced to half. Now, take the bread slices and cut circular pieces, you can use the rim of a steel-glass to do so. Go back to the milk, add sugar, nuts and spices. Stir well and let it heat until it becomes 1/4th of its original volume. Once your malai is ready, let it cool for a while. Place the bread slices on a  plate and pour the malai on top. Garnish with nuts, saffron and dry fruits. Your dessert is ready to serve!
