Appam Recipe: How To Make Instant Poha Appam For A Quick Breakfast

To make this instant appam, start by adding drained poha, sooji, yoghurt, salt and water. Mix it well and rest for a while. Check the batter after 5 minutes, you can make delicious chutney of your choice meanwhile. Once the batter rises, grind it to a fine paste. Add some fruit salt, and more water if needed.

Heat a tawa and pour the batter, let it cook on low flame. You don't need to flip the appam. Once the air bubbles on the appam cook the top evenly, the appam is done!
